Every withdrawal request can be reviewed before payout release. The purpose is to verify that the user's quiz and account activity followed the published quiz and withdrawal guidelines.
Genuine quiz participation
Quiz attempts should reflect the user's own participation rather than artificial, manipulated or non-genuine activity.
No AI, automation or prohibited external assistance
AI tools, automated answering, scripts, bots or prohibited external assistance must not be used to generate, automate or complete quiz participation.
No suspicious or duplicate account activity
Account activity may be reviewed for suspicious patterns or duplicate-account participation that could be used to increase attempts or incentives.
WHAT “UNDER REVIEW” MEANSThe request is waiting
The request is waiting
for an eligibility decision.
During this stage, users should not treat the requested amount as an approved payout.
1. UNDER REVIEW
→Request received. Guideline and eligibility checks are pending.
2A. APPROVED
Request passes review and moves to the scheduled payout date.
OR
2B. REJECTED
Current request is not released when requirements or guidelines are not met.
