These statuses explain what happens after a withdrawal request and what each decision means for the current request.
APPROVED
Request accepted for payout
If the request is approved, the payout is released according to the current payout schedule: the 22nd of the following month, or the next working day when the 22nd is a public holiday or non-working day.
REJECTED
Current request will not be released
A current withdrawal request can be rejected when the review finds that payout eligibility or quiz and withdrawal guidelines were not met. This can include incomplete or improper article reading, quiz participation that does not appear genuine, use of AI/automation/prohibited external assistance, or suspicious or duplicate account activity.
IMPORTANT
A rejected request applies to the current request.
A rejection does not mean every future withdrawal request will automatically be rejected. Future requests can be reviewed separately based on the user's later activity and compliance with the applicable guidelines.
FUTURE REQUESTS
Follow the rules before trying again.
Continue participating genuinely, meet the current eligibility requirements and use the official withdrawal flow. A future request will still be subject to review.
